The new F3000TM range of Fire Shutters are available in 1hr, 2hr and 4hr Fire Ratings as tested by Exova Warringtonfire and are available in sizes up to 5,000mm in width or height with a total maximum area of 15m 2 . This is the first range of Single Phase Tube Motor Fire Shutters that IDE has manufactured, supplied and fitted that feature 1, 2 and 4hr Fire Ratings as standard. Manufactured from 75mm concave galvanised mild steel interlocking laths with a thickness ranging from 0.7mm to 0.9mm depending on overall size, their new range of Fire Shutters operate from a 230V 50hz single phase motor that is fitted inside the 101.6mm x 3.6mm mild steel tube which reduces the clearance required where a normal motor would be present. The Fire Roller Shutters can also operate of a standard 3 Pin plug allowing ease of fitting if required.
