DPD Tracking Service SWR recently introduced DPD to their courier providers, as they offer an industry leading service that keep customers informed with regular delivery updates via SMS text and email. Lisa explains “These small changes can really impact our customer’s experience and the feedback we have received so far is extremely positive. It’s another example of how we are constantly looking to improve our service”. New Team Members SWR Spares have also taken on two new team members, Steven Lee and Siobhan Towner to maintain a high level of customer service. “Since joining SWR I have quickly realised the company ethos is very much customer focussed – they really pride themselves on engaging with the customers, and that’s something I’m looking to build upon moving forward.” said Steven. New Catalogue The new SWR Trade Spares catalogue is going to print soon and should be available in April.
