SWS UK UNVEIL BRAND NEW SHOWROOM AND TRAINING FACILITY Following a lengthy programme of alterations and refurbishments, SWS UK are proud to reveal a brand new, fully equipped training suite and state of the art showroom at their head offices in Claughton, Lancaster. The garage door and security products manufacturer have dedicated the entire ground floor of their (previous) office space to the new suites, with the innovative use of space providing an excellent welcome to customers and visitors, whilst creating separation from the busy offices upstairs. Having previously never had a dedicated showroom, SWS UK are delighted to now have a unique space to showcase their varied range of products, samples and marketing materials. On display are four doors from their extremely popular SeceuroGlide range of garage doors, including the prestigious Insurance Approved SeceuroGlide Excel and the attractive SeceuroGlide Sectional doors. Also on show are products from their security range; a SeceuroGuard retractable gate and a roller shutter from the established, market-leading SeceuroShield range. In addition to the display doors, tablets have been positioned alongside each product, allowing visitors to access the SWS UK data, enabling them to discover specification and technical details with ease. Stunning imagery, point of sale, displays and literature complete the showroom to create a space that is welcoming, well laid- out and above all else, informative. Supporting their distributors SWS UK are well known for their excellent products, but they are also second to none for providing an inclusive package of customer support to their national network of trade distributors. This was at the forefront of their minds when designing the newly located training area at their premises. Managing Director Colin Reoch told us that - ‘we have always had a strong emphasis on customer support and understand the importance of training both our staff and our distributors. We are thrilled with our refurbished training area and look forward to putting it to good use.’ Steel frames have been used to replicate real door or window openings where distributors and staff can get hands- on with measuring, installing or adjusting the full range of SWS UK products. In addition, the room will also display 6 doors from the Commercial collection of roller shutters. Back to School Approximately five years ago SWS UK launched the well-attended SeceuroSchool training days where the distributor’s installers and sales people were invited to spend the day at SWS UK’s premises where they were given training, demonstrations and advice on the installation of their complex portfolio of products. The new training suite will enable SWS UK to hold more such events in a space that has been purpose-built to provide exceptional training seminars.
