All Sectional doors will now be supplied with the Black Edition operator and a single piece 3 metre belt driven boom. SWS UK Limited chose Black Edition based on the strength of industry reports detailing just how easy it is to install and operate, and after concluding their own ‘life’ tests. The Black Edition uses the same radio technology embedded in the SWS roller door controller thereby permitting the use of the current range of NRG Automation hand transmitters and wireless keypads. Industry veteran Rob Bond was especially keen to use the Black Edition having come across it many times in the field with his previous employer. Rob is keen to get started with Black Edition. About Black Edition: Black Edition is a belt driven operator for ultra-quite operation. It’s many features include; open alarm, auto close, slow down, obstacle detection, LED Light and of course the choice of any of the current wireless controls from NRG Automation. An option exists to include an LED light strip prewired into the Black Edition for installing inside or outside the garage. Each Black Edition is supplied with a 3m belt driven boom but customers can choose a 3.3m boom and have either as 3 piece boom options.
