The range of Lux BT 24V hydraulic swing gate operators have been very popular with the installation community for several years and over that time, over 10,000 units have been sold in the UK alone. Bft reported the findings from a global survey which showed that, when selecting automation technology, the highest priorities for installers are ease of install and reliability of automation equipment. In many ways, the new Giuno Ultra BT is very similar to the reliable Lux BT although the encoder has been replaced by magnetic limit switches. Field testers for the new operator reported a 100% success rate and confirm that the install is even easier than the operator it replaces. For Bft customers who have previously installed the Lux BT, the install process is very similar, as the geometry remains the same on the Giuno Ultra BT.
