The new system - FenTrack - automates Aluroll’s existing processes and sharpens the organisation’s focus on lead times and quality. Its advantages do not end there. Paperless, End-to-End Audit Trail Rather than rely on printouts from different programs, Aluroll uses a single, paperless system that covers all business processes, end-to-end, from the creation of standardised quotes to delivery planning and confirmation. Increased Production Capacity, Delivery Optimisation Having an infrastructure that not only displays actual stock levels when an order is taken, but also communicates the real-time status of individual orders as they pass through the factory has improved Aluroll’s planning beyond expectation.
