Business has been going from strength to strength for Coventry, who supply garage doors to the trade. Their product offering includes Aluroll Secureroll roller doors, along with sectional and timber doors. This high demand has led to the development of a bespoke Fiat vehicle which is now being used for future designs. Vehicle body builder Trucksmith worked closely with Coventry Garage Doors to develop a solution which increased capacity and efficiency on delivery routes. The 5-tonne van has a 2.5 tonne payload: a tonne more than Coventry’s previous van. It is capable of carrying 40 doors at one time, while a low-lying bed adds convenience when loading and offloading. These benefits were made possible in part thanks to the motorhome chassis.
