Nigel Slater our Factory Manager has solid expertise in managing time-sensitive production and logistics and he’s brought his years of experience to drive efficiencies into our processes, to both increase our capacity and speed responsiveness to customer requirements”. Let’s talk – Ian Hetherington heads the new Customer Service Team Investment in hard assets; buildings and machinery is one thing but AlluGuard has already invested in strengthening its team. Over the last few months, a new Customer Service Team has been assembled. AlluGuard has brought people into the business from industries renowned for exceptional customer service. These new skills combined with the expertise and knowledge from long-serving staff, has created a new and dynamic customer-led team. To lead the team, AlluGuard has appointed Ian Hetherington as Commercial Director. Ian’s vast experience and door knowledge will be invaluable in strengthening customer relations. Central to Ian’s approach is talking with and being accessible to customers both old and new. Ian shared this, “It’s exciting to have a team with such a clear focus and mandate to put the customer first. We’ve Scot Smaldon as Customer Service Manager. Scot lives and breaths Customer Service and describes himself as the ‘Customer’s Champion’. Scot’s role is to coordinate and manage a positive customer experience from initial enquiry right through to after-sales and warranty.
