Paul is passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships. We also have the matchless knowledge of Eric Pritchard, our Technical Support guru on Somfy controls and products providing phone support on set-up and fault finding. With all these great folk, you can see why we’re going to be staking a claim on the mantle of most customer-focused manufacturer in the industry”. Systems and process investment to keep information flowing Libretto is the name of the new materials and resource planning system at AlluGuard. It’s a significant investment that provides real-time support for customers. For the first time in AlluGuard’s history they are able to manage each and every customer request as they occur. Kevin summarised the system, “Libretto joins everything together – orders – stock inventory, bills of materials, works instructions and logistics – our customers will see more and more positives in our service performance as each element comes on stream”. What about products? With all that is going on at AlluGuard you might assume that product development has been put on hold, but the reverse is true. Ian Hetherington made things plain, “We’re adding a brilliant custom-colour offering – want to match a Farrow & Ball colour? We can do it, curtain, endplates, box and guides. We’re upgrading the AlluGuard 55 that will allow the door to go wider and higher with double the range of stock colours. And that’s just the start of what we have planned for our core ranges, before I even mention our other products and new lines…” Sounds like AlluGuard is one to watch for 2021 and beyond as they make good on their mission to be the most customer-focused garage door manufacturer in the Industry.
