Smart Access-and Lighting Control for Garage Doors and Gates The Italian company Nexta-Tech, producer of Home-Door-Gate-and Lighting Automation, has launched a unique and universal range of smart access-and lighting control products for garage doors and gates, both for residential and commercial use. The range exists of smart controllers with built-in Wi-Fi and radio, design remote controls including copy versions, wall remote switches, smart cameras and LED strips for garage doors including smart lighting controls. Where most other producers remain at basic access control settings, Nexta-Tech goes further by offering an integrated opening-and-closing cycle counter, integrated radio, and the possibility to customize the frequency, a range of design remote controls and wall switches, and dedicated LED strips including smart lighting control. Everything can easily be controlled and managed via the free App or commanded via voice commands via Google Home and Amazon Alexa. For commercial doors, the TOP version also has an optional second Wi-Fi module for external maintenance access by the installer or maintenance company who can easily monitor and manage needed maintenance of up to 1000 doors on his/her smartphone. A second option is the smart LED light control which can be used as a traffic light for indicating the availability of the doors. And the third option is the management tablet to be used by the warehouse manager to understand directly which doors are free or not.
