Ukrainian Refugees Receive Donations from the Aluroll Team Following the news about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Aluroll and its neighbouring companies pulled together to try and make a small difference. Aluroll’s Patryk Kupiec coordinated the efforts, managing to collect two full van loads’ worth of donations in under 24 hours. Here’s my latest tip: If you write any sort of marketing copy for your business – be it an email, web page, sales letter, even a social media post – then there is one small thing you can do to instantly improve it: Before you send anything out, read the copy back from the point of view of the reader – the person who could be buying from you. Then, after every sentence, ask yourself if it adds anything. If it does – keep it in. If it doesn’t – chop it out. That may seem simple. It may even sound like common sense (it is) but you’ll be surprised by just how much waffle you have in your copy.
