Pam comes with an extensive background in Health & Safety with her most recent position being involved in electrical switchgear manufacturing and installation for a global critical power solutions company. Her new role at Strongdor is to help manage Health & Safety on a day-to-day basis, whilst also training and supporting adherence the team to adhere to ISO 9001. Pam is an asset to the team keeping everyone safe, in order to focus on delivering industry-leading steel doors fast! Another exciting addition to the team is Amy Burrow, their new HR Manager! Amy has a proven background in HR, her expertise and experience will be an invaluable source to help create and implement HR practices that are aligned to Strongdor. Outside of Strongdor Amy enjoys the outdoors, keeping fit with plenty of hiking and walking ... she doesn’t know yet that the team are waiting for Strongdor fit classes from her!
