The made-to-measure doorset, which is approved by Secured by Design, is a welcome addition to the already comprehensive package available within the group and follows the recent addition of CE external fire certification to the existing M2M product range. M2M+24 is available with a variety of options as standard, including vision panels, louvres and letter box options, and comes with optional internal or external fire protection, although this restricts the hardware options available. “There is a clear need for entry-level PAS-certified doors in our markets,” says Anil Patel, Sales and Marketing Director. “Our customers often require a range of doors, from standard non-rated doorsets to high security certified LPS SR4. This latest launch means we can service a full project, from traditional steel doors to high-security, fire-rated doorsets. Additionally, the fire certification is something that makes it unique, ensuring the customer can meet the full needs of the project with just one door.” What is PAS24 certification? PAS24 is the minimum British security standard of testing for external security-rated doors. It measures the performance of doors against attack from an opportunist attacker. Each new door installed in a new building must meet this minimum standard, and it is becoming increasingly popular to replace existing doorsets with new doors meeting the standard. Bradbury Group’s M2M+24 doorsets will ensure not only that security standards are met, but also that the building meets stringent fire regulations, through the harmonised standards BS EN 16034 and BS EN 14351-1, allowing for PAS doors to be installed as fire doors both internally and externally. What is next for Bradbury Group? “We are currently testing our M2M+24 doors for panic hardware,” says Andy Edser, Technical Sales Director. “This will be available in the next couple of months and we will then be focusing on making improvements to the options available on our fire-rated security doorsets.” For more product information visit: www.bradbury-group.com M2M+24 come are available in end less colours and can come with vision panels & louvres Render of an M2M+24 PAS certified doorset Fast escape with the Yale Lockmaster® Panic Exit Device Yale’s innovative Lockmaster® Panic Exit Device offers the advantages of high-performance security and compression, together with accredited emergency exit capability.
