AlluGuard was acquired by SWS UK in 2016 and the two businesses have been working together to improve operational and purchasing efficiencies as part of StellaGroup. The move, which followed a lengthy consultation period, took place in January. SWS UK’s recently expanded, 8,600 square metre plant easily accommodated the smooth transition of AlluGuard’s manufacturing processes into its new, state-of-the-art home. However, AlluGuard was quick to reassure its customers that the AlluGuard brand and all that it stands for remain unchanged.
