AlluGuard was acquired by SWS UK in 2016 and the two businesses have been working together to improve operational and purchasing efficiencies as part of StellaGroup. The move, which followed a lengthy consultation period, took place in January. SWS UK’s recently expanded, 8,600 square metre plant easily accommodated the smooth transition of AlluGuard’s manufacturing processes into its new, state-of-the-art home. However, AlluGuard was quick to reassure its customers that the AlluGuard brand and all that it stands for remain unchanged. AlluGuard 77mm and 55mm roller garage doors will continue to be manufactured as good quality products that offer exceptional value. Distributors will also be pleased to discover that the company’s online ordering platform, AlluGuard Online continues to be available. This smart, online resource offers 24/7 ordering, instant quotes, and full access to product literature and marketing support. Intuitive in its design, the system simplifies the ordering process and has proven to be a valuable resource to its distributors. AlluGuard’s Sales Manager, Matthew Berry told us: ‘SWS UK’s factory is a well-oiled machine, meaning we’ve been able to transfer production of our roller garage doors with minimum disruption to our customers. Plus, access to a much wider, national delivery network means we’re able to offer reliable and consistent lead times, regardless of customer location.’ AlluGuard’s customers have also gained a dedicated sales team. Led by Matthew, who continues to be on the road and offering face-to-face contact, customers also have direct access to an office-based Account Manager, Liam Withers. Expert technical support, plus specialist customer service and marketing teams make up AlluGuard’s newly structured customer support service. The Future is Bright It’s loud and clear that AlluGuard is here to stay, and that the move is just the beginning of the company’s plans. In fact, they’ve already confirmed that there are more exciting announcements coming later in the year.
