To improve working conditions and simultaneously ensure a highly efficient loading process mydocking has developed a flexible aluminium dock shelter for universal use – the S430. The S430 provides excellent sealing between heavy goods vehicles and the door preventing heat loss and allowing for high energy efficiency within the warehouse. To ensure the flexibility and durability of this dock shelter galvanised steel bracing arms were combined with the general frame construction consisting of aluminium profiles. The flexible construction of the frame reduces the risk of damage to the dock shelter by misaligned vehicles, therefore it is more durable than other dock shelters. For the top and side curtains, a two-layered polyester from backing fabric is used to increase the wear resistance of this dock shelter and allow for excellent stability. According to DIN 75200, the dock shelter is flame retardant increasing the safety in the loading area. In contrast to other dock shelters, the curtains are inserted without screws preventing damage to the docked vehicles. The dock shelter is equipped with a roof with an integrated rain gutter for weather protection against rain, draught and snow to ensure good working conditions and the safety of valuable goods. The customer has the option to choose additional quadrant sealing pads or bumpers to increase energy efficiency even further.
