With the recent version of the BlueForce Smart Pro instrument, GSM technology has been introduced for the immediate transmission of measured data to the cloud portal. In addition, with the acquisition of geographic position and orientation detection system with respect to the working plane, the measurements are complete with all the parameters required to produce a print report on site, with any desktop or mobile device! The main feature of the BlueForce Cloud Portal is to collect the crush measurements sent in GSM mode by the instrument, but that’s not all; in fact, it is possible to manage all the technical documentation required by the standards, such as the risk analysis, the Certificate of Compliance and the Declaration of Conformity. The system is completely ‘green’, as it allows all documents to be stored in electronic format and for both the installer and the company, its simple web browser access does not require installing specific APPs. Technical Training and Specialisation Despite the tools that Microtronics makes available, the demand for specialised training is increasing exponentially, there is now a widespread awareness that even in the field of motorised doors, products must be ‘properly made’ and that the era of improvised installers is over, it is finally clear that professionalism and safety go hand in hand with training. Microtronics, in cooperation with ‘PW SOLUTIONS’, organises monthly training courses held by our British expert Peter Whyatt, Consultant Trainer Assessor IPA & EPA (p.whyatt@pw-solutions.co.uk). Thanks to this course of action, which started about six years ago, we now record an increasing annual participation of at least 500 installers and professionals. Although there is still a long way to go, we can proudly say that many UK-based automatic door and gate installers are leading the way in terms of professionalism and quality of service!
