Featuring a BMP patented circular rolling spiral made from high-density UHMWPE to provide a non-contact roll up for the curtain slats, the door remains clean and aesthetically pleasing, providing perfect clarity for many years. The Spiral door is opened and closed using a powerful three phase direct drive motor, which can reach opening speeds of up to 2m per second. This makes it the ideal solution for areas requiring pest control, vulnerable locations and areas where temperature needs to be regulated. We understand that all warehouses, loading bays and industrial locations have different requirements, which is why BMP doors come with a number of remote control options, including induction loops, photocells, radar, push button, pull switch, radio and infrared controls. BMP also have the Spiral 80 which has been developed for freezer applications with temperatures down to -30°. The features of this door remain the same as the Spiral 40 with the addition of trace heating in the frame and motor to ensure reliable operation and high levels of insulation.
