Suitable for any type of garage door, it boasts a host of unique features that truly set it apart from the competition. Amongst these is the new pearl vibe 4-button remote control, which is robust and shock resistant whilst retaining a sleek and modern look. The control’s somloq 2 technology is bidirectional, so when the door operator receives a signal, it sends a message back that makes the remote control vibrate slightly – letting the user know the door has received the command. The new technology is also 128-bit AES encrypted for added security. The base+ also features a revolutionary auto-repeat function. Pressing the transmitter button when out of range causes it to repeat the signal for 15 seconds or until the operator receives it and opens the door. As a car driver, this allows you to press the button when approaching your home, then concentrate on driving safely - knowing the door will open for you as soon as you are in range of your driveway. As far as assembly and logistics is concerned, the base+ offers many benefits. The reinforced three-piece track system and motor carriage are already mounted meaning it can be assembled in seconds and it’s also very cost effective to ship and store. What’s more, a range of optional extras are available for the base+. These include a lighting strip, laser parking positioner, alarm/buzzer, additional magnetic locking mechanism, humidity sensor and additional 230V lighting relay.
