In fact, NRG Automation strive to be with the customer every step of the way from sourcing a product, offering FREE product training, through to full on-site technical support during installation. The technical team led by Kim Arnold are on hand to deal with any query or problem that may be encountered, with over 90% of their calls being solved, there and then, over the phone when called from site by the installer. A new 7 days a week technical number has now been put into place to offer even more support to on-site installers. The new number is available to call 7 days a week from 08.30 – 7.30pm. In the unlikely event that a problem can’t be solved over the phone then NRG Automation can easily arrange for spare parts to be sent out or if needed a site visit can also be arranged.
