The target market for Alutech Systems are the fabricator/ installers of Architectural Aluminium Systems as well as the specifiers and Architects, working closely with Design and Build contractors to deliver a cost effective product. Alutech design and extrude a full range of aluminium systems. Commencing with the initial design of the individual product, taking into account required insulation values, wind and water tightness to name a few. Once designed the product is put through a rigorous testing process, both in house, and by recognised UKAS accredited independent test houses. Alutech currently hold CWCT certification for the curtain walling system and PAS24 security accreditation for their windows and doors. Their manufacturing capacity is one of the largest in the world for this type of aluminium system. Alutech currently supply to over 60 countries. Products include • W50/62/72 window system. its designed to be very cost effective – W50, and have one of the most efficient U values of any product currently available – W72 as it can achieve below a 1.0 as an overall U-Value. • Curtain walling F50 & EF65. Optimised in its design to provide one of the strongest systems, allowing spans that are unbeatable. Thus saving aluminium cost and labour in installation. The system boasts from having standard, high insulated, timber aluminium, structurally glazed & unitized curtain walling within its suite. • Bi- Fold doors – newly designed and tested product specifically designed for the growing UK market. With its small sight lines, and quality hardware as well as the capability of large opening sizes. • Sliding patio door – With the ability to glaze up to 400 KG per sash the doors are capable of large opening sizes over 3 meters in height. With a high insulated option, the doors can offer extremely low U-Value’s compared to competition. • Glass ceilings for Atriums and lantern roofs for conservatories, available in double and triple glazing to maximise the thermal efficiency of the installation • Shopfronts – a complete system, including a finger safe door opening system. Alutech Systems will also be offering a kit format product for fabricators who aren’t set up to manufacture aluminium, have the capacity nor have the space to manufacture from bar length.
