The bespoke new system has been designed to provide an effective tool where distributors can quickly create quotations or place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using a simple and intuitive structure that has been specifically developed for SWS UK. Another Industry First The feature-packed online tool is the first of its kind within the industry and is certain to prove popular with their distributors who are already benefitting from its intelligent features, such as own branded quotations which can be sent directly to the consumer, instant technical drawings and an innovative visual configurator for vision panels and windows. Distributors also have the option to set different user access levels for their staff, including unpriced versions or quote-only access. This feature has been particularly welcomed by larger distributors or those with multiple users. A History of Records The system also boasts an impressive history record. A place where both SWS UK and their distributors can view the order history, outstanding quotations and online communications.
