From a recent audit, the customer focused manufacturer of garage doors and security products were delighted to discover that 96% of calls relating to motors received by the department were resolved without the need for further visit to site. The company’s dedicated Technical department, which is available 24 hours a day provide invaluable support to their network of trade distributors should they come into difficulty during the installation or repair of an SWS product.
