From a recent audit, the customer focused manufacturer of garage doors and security products were delighted to discover that 96% of calls relating to motors received by the department were resolved without the need for further visit to site. The company’s dedicated Technical department, which is available 24 hours a day provide invaluable support to their network of trade distributors should they come into difficulty during the installation or repair of an SWS product. Managed by John Duffy, SWS UK’s technical department receive regular in-house training in addition to attending repair or installation on-site projects, ensuring that their knowledge and trouble-shooting skills are always up to date.
