Using a series of complex algorithms, WITT’s new light curtain has the ability to compensate for common outdoor environmental factors including flying litter and harsh weather conditions such as snow and hail. As well as preventing false activation, this unit offers perfect protection against vibrations commonly associated with every day gate usage. Boasting a compact housing (16x16 mm) and optional direct, z-bracket or front-mounting, the LIGI-F07 is one of the most flexible light curtains available in the marketplace. “The category 2 LIGI-F07 can be customised to suit most applications with PNP, NPN, SSR and OSE output versions available. “Our dedicated account managers are on-hand to help customers identify a solution for outdoor applications, so we are encouraging customers to pick up the phone to find out how we can assist them” said Rhian Smith, Sales Manager – IN2 Access. The fully encapsulated, IP67-rated LIGI-F07 also has the added benefit of being compatible with specifically designed OSE light curtain controllers: AOS 6230 (for non-contact safety protection), AOS 7024 and AOS 7230 (for monitoring two OSE light curtains with either a relay or OSE output).
