The new facility, a prominent feature within their extensive 17,000 square foot premises, has been designed to provide the platform for both new and existing trade customer’s surveyors and engineers to enhance the efficiency of their product specification, installation and fault diagnosing. It will also provide engineers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the installation of products such as the Cheetah rapid roll door and Ram-Fold sliding, folding door prior to installation, ensuring a higher level of competency. With 18 years trading history already behind them, exciting times are planned ahead, with many new features planned for 2019, to add further value to the products they provide to their trade clientele. Currently under construction is their new trade counter, which will be stocked with a comprehensive inventory of components to service the immediate needs of their trade customers’ repair and maintenance work. In addition, Alliance Doors are also in the process of designing new product literature, with the possibility of adding their customer’s branding, and other marketing material, designed to assist trade partners with product selection and configuration.
