The new Easy Set app was launched in June 2019 and is designed to assist Professional Installers by helping them to calculate the gate geometry for swing gates. The Easy Set app has details of Bft Automation’s swing gate operators pre-programmed. The app is very easy to use with a simple and intuitive interface; it is available on both Android and iOS platforms. To use the App, Installers only need to input basic information such as: distance from the axis of the gate to the corner of the pillar (X), weight (kg), thickness of the leaf (S), distance from the axis of the hinge to the corner of the pillar (K) and the opening angle of the door ( α °). The app calculates the geometry and helps Installers to position the gate brackets correctly. The launch of this new App is part of Bft Automation’s commitment to making gate installations easier for Professional Installers.
