In that time, the company has already surpassed 1,100 complete roller garage doors that have been manufactured and delivered to customers nationwide, with 95% of them arriving within 2 weeks! Simon initially began with a team of 3, consisting of himself as MD, with Steve Brough as Production Manager and Ian Wallace as Technical Manager. However, thanks to high demand and a customer retention rate of 75% already, Simon has taken on more staff and now boasts a team of 10. Simon’s wife Louise is based in the office in Tipton, West Midlands, doing credit control and office admin and Ian Wedgbury has joined the company as Charge Hand, bringing with him 20 years of roller door experience. More drivers and several assemblers have also been brought on board. Capacity has been increased with the addition of a new manufacturing bench and the fleet has grown with the purchase of additional vehicles.
