The curtain beds allow for each slat to be inspected during the assembly of a roller garage door, as they are slid together to form the shutter curtain. The Riesle product is top of the range, thanks to the presence of special bristles that stop any iron fillings from scratching the slats during construction. The slats are held raised upon these bristles and any debris falls below them, rather than onto the flat surface of the bed – ensuring a perfect scratch-free curtain every time. “We are delighted to have added the two Riesle curtain beds to our manufacturing facility,” says Tony Spong, Associate Director at Trojon. “It means a better-quality product, which is both good news for our clients and the customers who are buying from them.” This is another step forward in Trojon’s journey, with the company now one of the fastest-growing domestic roller shutter companies in the UK.
