Over the last 12 months, Alliance Door Engineering have focused on updating their IT infrastructure and internal processes in order to continually enhance and improve the customer journey from quotation through to order fulfilment. Launching in Summer 2021, customers will receive a pre order CAD drawing at quotation stage. The drawings, which can be personalised with the customer’s branding, can be approved at the point of order, which means the door can immediately be allocated a production slot. This will accelerate the order to fulfilment process and provide the customer with detailed information in a number of formats at the initial quotation stage. In other news, Alliance’s training centre / showroom has now re-opened, providing customers with the opportunity to brush up on their knowledge and gain hands-on experience of the installation of products such as the Cheetah rapid roll door and Ram-Fold sliding, folding door.
