The custom-built online platform was created for SWS UK’s network of distributors, allowing them to easily access their account 24-hours a day. Designed to simplify the ordering of their comprehensive range of Seceuro products, SWS Online also offers an intuitive quoting system, live order tracking and a library of technical drawings and product documentation. With almost 1500 registered companies and over 2000 individual users, it hasn’t taken SWS UK’s distributors long to discover the benefits of SWS Online. It continues to rise in popularity year on year, with the Lancaster manufacturer reporting a remarkable 130% increase in online orders between 2017 and June 2021. SWS UK’s SeceuroDoor industrial range was the first group of products available to order online, shortly followed by the addition of their popular SeceuroGlide roller garage doors in May 2017. The subsequent success of ordering these ranges online propelled SWS UK into developing the site to include their complete range with SeceuroGlide Sectional garage doors added in 2018, SeceuroShield roller shutters in 2019 and most recently, the SeceuroFire shutter and SeceuroGuard retractable gates were added in 2020. Impressively, the company’s extensive components catalogue was integrated into the system in 2018, allowing distributors to easily order spares with just a few clicks of the mouse. Known for never resting on their laurels, SWS UK continues to refine and develop the site to enhance its usability. Some of the latest additions include a motor selection tool, bespoke online configurators and a new, interactive pricelist.
