To increase the wind resistance of roller garage doors installed in bigger openings, ALUTECH offers a new wind side lock, SP/77-MSW and guide rail, GR100x35IE. When used in conjunction with 77 mm lath, the new lock will allow manufacturers to achieve a maximum width of 7.67 metres. There is also an additional chamber in the GR100x35IE guide that provides a gap between the motor gear with NHC and the roller curtain where you can fit the motor with 24 mm head room. New Suspension System The new suspension system dramatically simplifies fitting and extends the operational lifespan of the roller garage door. The “snail” suspension system is now available in two options: with T springs and retainer profile. It can be used with octagonal tube RT70x1.2 mm and laths AG/77 and AG/77H. Due to more even and balanced winding of the curtain onto the tube, the upper laths are better secured against rubbing and scratching. New Advanced Lath The new advanced lath AR/555(N) is designed for openings up to 5.1 m² and improves the winding parameters of the curtain. The lath is different from other laths because of its unique curved shape and ability to provide high winding capacities into the box with various suspension types. It helps to save roller garage door manufacturing costs by using smaller shutter boxes and end caps. Special improved side locks have been developed for manual and automatic assembly. ALUTECH’s new products make roller garage doors much more compact and fitter-friendly. The exclusivity of your garage doors can be enhanced by a wide range of paint finish parts. Alongside already popular wood grain colours like golden oak, rosewood and walnut, ALUTECH offers a new paint finish colour – Irish oak. All wood grain colours are produced to be very close to Renolit foil used for lamination of window and door profiles, building units and window sills.
