Although the financial climate is still challenging for everyone; by continuing to increase our sales team and product range, as well as customer service levels we have sustained growth and now support more customers than ever. 2012 has seen several new members join the team, with Rebecca Fanthome, Jennifer Casserly and Joel Williams all coming on board. It has also seen Lisa Bankole join forces with Jason Lee to push the business forward throughout 2013 and beyond. “We constantly strive to achieve the highest levels of quality, in both our products and customer service levels by continuously listening to our customers. Over the past 12 months 97.6% of all our orders have been delivered correctly and on time - next year we aim to improve this further. Since improving the “Trade Only” website we have also seen a substantial increase in online orders from those wishing to take advantage of free delivery on orders over £150 plus VAT. The process makes ordering quick, easy and secure. Also with the New Year fast approaching we are making the finishing touches to our new catalogue that will be out in January 2013.
