We will definitely apply this successful experience at the German plant and invest into further modernization of the technological processes and create new types of products. As a result Günther-Tore products will be more competitive and promoted under the own brand name - Günther. I would like to mark that Günther-Tore has got unique developments in roller garage doors, rolling grilles, roller doors of big sizes. We will definitely apply the experience of the German producer in improving our own products. It is planned to develop the production of the stated doors in Germany and promote them in the markets of Eastern Europe. Shortly we are going to offer our current customers the products made by Günther-Tore such as components for rolling grilles and roller garage doors. Acquisition of Günther-Tore is a strategic deal. As a result we will unite our production experience and promotion of the doors. It will allow us to drastically expand the range of products and make the two companies more competitive. We are planning to retain Günther the brand and add fresh blood into the company by making its products more competitive. At the same time we are going actively to use the sales network of Günther-Tore to promote ALUTECH sectional and industrial sectional doors in the European, Asian and African countries. On the whole, using the experience and sales network of the German company we are planning to increase the total turnover of the ALUTECH Group of companies in export markets by 2 to 21/2 times during the next few years”. We are sure that our current and potential customers will positively accept our investment as it makes the ALUTECH Group of companies more competitive.
