The new painting line will allow painting of 150 sectional doors every day. Its adjustment (colour change) takes only 3-4 minutes. The line was designed especially for Alutech Group, giving special consideration of all finesses to give a quality finish to the sandwich panel throughout the painting process. Only then is it touched by Human hand! To complete the process Alutech have tested their sectional doors to comply with CE legislation. All necessary testing has been carried out in the IFT Rosenheim certified test laboratory in Germany. Please ask your distributor JD (UK) Ltd for any necessary documentation.
