In order to combat these we have invested in a new phone system which should provide some solutions. With the new system, when you phone in you are asked which department you are after and then kept updated as to queues with options available should you not wish to wait. This reduces wait time and directs you to the right person much more effectively than before. We’ve been running the new system for a month now and initial feedback is very positive.
