General Manager, Paul Hargreaves commented: “Having young people in the office has proven to be a great learning experience, not just for the student themselves but also for the whole JD team”. Paul works closely with Zach from Ossett School to ensure the support and mentoring offered to students is adding real value to their education. Paul continued: “Being able to make a positive contribution to our local community has been a real privilege. After all, today’s school students will be tomorrow’s employees and putting the right skills in the hands of young people, in a working environment, has proven to be a wonderful learning experience for the students.
