THE door industry journal winter 2016 63 BESPOKE GARAGE DOOR SOLUTION FROM ALPHA DEUREN GETS ECSTATIC RESPONSE Alpha Deuren as the newest member of the DHF and one of Europe’s leading “Trade Only” suppliers of Industrial and Garage Doors teamed up with their local trade partner County Installations of Hampshire to offer a solution to a very precise specification for an extremely large garage door. County’s client wanted a garage door with a clear daylight size of 7200mm x 2370mm with matching fascia and vertical surrounds aligned with the panel joints of the main door. Furthermore, the client wanted insulated panels that were completely smooth on the outside face over the entire width of the door. The door that best suited the client’s exacting specification was an Alpha Deuren ISO 40 with completely smooth panels and GFA automation. The installation took County Installations more than two days to complete, but the results were worth it. Feedback from the installer indicated that their client was nothing less than ecstatic with both the product and installation.
