A New Face at Somfy, welcome to Nicola Marsden What is your role? My role is that of Customer Service Manager for Somfy UK. My focus is to improve proactive communication with our customers and increase customer satisfaction. Did you work in customer service before? I previously worked for the UK’s leading supplier to communal and district heating systems, who won various awards for innovative products and smart metering technology. For the past 30 years I have always worked in Customer Service in various industries; hospitality, retail, education and energy to name a few and am looking forward to the challenge of a new role at Somfy UK.
