Michelle Gleaves – Marketing Support Officer Michelle joined SWS UK as Marketing Support Officer in September to cover maternity leave for our colleague Donna. Having trained as a journalist and worked in digital marketing for the past three years, Michelle has been focusing on the online presence of SWS and integrating with the rest of the marketing team to ensure we’re sharing information about all our new and exciting product development and launches. Michelle will remain with us until the end of May when she will embark on her new venture, training to become an English teacher at secondary school. Kelly – Business Development Manager Demonstrating our continued commitment to customer support, we are pleased to introduce Kelly as our new Business Development Manager. She joined us in August after previously working as a Regional Sales Manager for 18 years. This experience has equipped her well for the role and she is a natural at assisting customers and her team with queries. As an additional support contact for our new and existing customers, Kelly particularly enjoys the challenging aspect of the role and the hardworking nature of her colleagues. Nathan Pellet – Customer Services Nathan also joined the Customer Service team back in August after leaving his role as an Assistant Manager in the hospitality sector. His experience in the industry prepared him for a customer-focused role and has enabled him to build meaningful relationships with his colleagues and SWS customers. Nathan has been particularly happy with the way that everyone on the Customer Services team is willing to go above and beyond for each other to deliver the best service for those who get in touch with SWS UK. Jordan Connerton – Stock & Distribution Co-ordinator After working as a Warehouse/Despatch Operative for several years at SWS UK, Jordan recently moved over to the purchasing team as a Stock & Distribution Co-ordinator. Beginning his new role in July, Jordan has found that his previous role has assisted with his understanding of the manufacturing process and how the warehouse and stocks work. He is enjoying the challenge of his new role and bringing the knowledge he has learned previously to assist himself and his colleagues.
