The new facility will feature a double storey extension that will house working samples on the upper level and a classroom environment on the lower. There will also be plenty of parking and a lounge area for customers to take a break and relax with a coffee. Confidence gained from product training instills faith, trust and respect in the customer which will result in a positive customer experience. Therefore, Ellard recognise the importance of training and that product knowledge is a tool for solving problems and closing sales. Their new training room will offer you the opportunity to focus on a single product or learn the details about a range of core products that you use daily within your business. No matter which products prove more significance to you, training courses can be tailored around your exact needs. www.ellard.co.uk | www.nrgautomation.co.uk Customer Service Team Expansion at Ellard Over the past several months there have been many changes in the Ellard Customer Service department. This has involved the restructuring of IT resources and employment of new staff. Having previously operated two different ERP systems, they have finally merged the two together and now firmly believe everything is moving in the right direction. The company now have the right long-term structure and skills in place to provide customers with the excellent customer service they have come to expect. Three new team members have been employed, including Julie Hawkins whom has more than 15 years customer service experience, Sara Smith comes with 8 years’ experience and Collette Williams has re-joined the company after a break returning with a wealth of industry knowledge. Shamaila Akram is also new to the Ellard team and will be providing administration support.
