Taking advantage of all the features of GfA high speed Fi drives, and incorporating next generation plug and play features the SE 8.60 Fi sectional door drive is a must-see addition to the GfA range. The SE 8.60 FI is the first drive unit to utilise the new SG40 compact gearbox from GfA. This new drive unit, for sprung sectional doors, meets the most common demand from industrial door companies for speed at an affordable price. Key features of the SE 8.60 Fi • Compact one-box design (gearbox and motor in one housing) • Speed, the integrated frequency inverter delivers adjustable output speeds from 12 to 60 rpm • Next generation plug and play for fast site commissioning • Smooth operation, reducing wear and tear on the door and drive unit alike as well preventing cable bounce. • Integrated low-level emergency manual operation with optional engaging/disengaging cord sets The new SE 8.60 FI drive unit has integrated digital limit switch (DES) and is compatible with GfA door controls TS 970, TS 971 and TS 981. The newly developed XES single-plug connection system simplifies electrical installation on the drive side. There is no need to loosen screws and remove covers, thereby reducing installation time. With a total weight of just 9 kg, the SE 8.60 Fi is the lightest drive unit in the GfA range of products.
