The bar for high standards of hygiene continues to climb, with stricter healthcare regulations, rigid requirements and a stronger demand for high quality products, so it’s essential for pharmaceutical applications, clean rooms and other controlled environments to utilise cutting-edge technology and ensure the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness. BMP has been designing, manufacturing and installing high-speed doors for clean rooms since 1997, delivering smooth and safe operations whilst separating over pressured sterile environments. In certain settings, clean rooms require an ever greater level of cleanliness and sterility – at times much higher than that required within an operating room where air is usually about 20,000 times cleaner than the air we breathe every day. Meeting the most stringent hygienic requirements therefore requires excellent sealing properties, ensuring controlled pressure leakage to allow for ventilation systems and air purification to operate correctly, and BMP’s high speed DynamicRoll ® Clean Rooms are specially designed to meet these rigorous demands. DynamicRoll ® Clean Room DynamicRoll ® Clean Room is a high-speed flexible door in PVC for internal applications, with no rigid elements and a perimeter structure made entirely of stainless steel. Thanks to its special compact frame and to the unique sliding system, this roll up door has a low permeability so it’s suited for controlled environments, guaranteeing controlled loss of pressure whilst allowing the ventilation systems and air purification to operate effectively. The mechanical system is placed exclusively within the case of the upright and the crossbeam, offering exceptional endurance. The gear-motor unit and mechanical components are therefore isolated within the upper crossbeam and side uprights. Each of these doors features the patented sliding system, which guarantees safe operations, especially in the event of an accidental collision, whilst the curtain is released and reinserted after one cycle.
