Clean rooms are especially important for medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnical research organisations, guaranteeing contamination control. Having worked closely with many clean room designers, BMP is regularly supplying the DynamicRoll ® Clean Room to help organisations and laboratories keep airborne contaminants (generated by people, processes, facilities and equipment) from entering the environment. In addition to offering Class 1 water permeability, Class 2 wind load and Class 2 wind permeability, the DynamicRoll ® Clean Room also guarantees 1.000.000 cycles and thermal resistance of 6,02 W/m 2 K. The doors are also rapid to operate, with a maximum opening speed of up to 2,5 m/s and a closing speed of up to 0,8 m/s. The importance of self-repairing doors in pressure controlled environments Self-repairing doors are extremely versatile for pharmaceutical, laboratories and clean rooms, retaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness by activating when the curtain is dislodged by impact. This allows the door to recover its position in just one opening and closing cycle, minimising disruptions whilst reducing chances of draughts and heat loss. This is why they’re perfectly suited for clean rooms, where it’s paramount to restrict particles from dust, lint, hair, skin, paint, lubricants, air conditioning machines and other types of equipment. Engineered to be easy to clean, delivering seamless operation BMP’s clean room doors are designed to offer a flush finish, with simple cleaning in mind, making it much easier to maintain exceptional hygiene. There are absolutely no metal parts within the curtain design; meaning damage is kept to a minimum whilst a double-ballasted bottom edge ensures there is always a good seal to the floor. In terms of maintenance, the modular construction allows for easy interchange of door parts, whilst the innovative curtain edge firmly holds the curtain into the side guides. Having been developing the DynamicRoll ® Clean Room for over 20 years, their doors are among the most proven on the market, with BMP backing up their pioneering designs with friendly and dependable customer service. BMP Doors CEO Danilo Benotto states: “Our customers are important, that is why, through our network of technicians available throughout the country, we provide technical support to select, install and maintain our products. We help any company to solve the most diverse and complex issues.” For BMP the goal was not merely to design and manufacture high speed doors for clean rooms that offered outstanding durability, insulation and smooth operation, they guarantee the highest levels of cleanliness and safety with a galvanized steel frame and a light barrier curtain that meets the most stringent and meticulous working requirements. Every detail of the design has been thoughtfully developed over a long period of time, such as the patented sliding system with a high density Polyethylene self-lubricant sliding zipper, whilst the door is completely oil free.
